Does anyone have any EEM stories that are good and bad experiences? I am thinking about implementing EEM and i don't know much about it yet.

I love it. My only complaint is that I don't know TCL well enough to write more scripts. My favorite is one that will email the config when I make a change in a router (at my client sites). They can see what I've done and they always have the latest copy of the config.

This is what the upcoming EASy initiative aims to solve. We want to start a program where by customers can provide us with ideas, and we can code them, document them, and create videos on how to deploy/use them. We already have a few seed use cases in the works for when we go live.
In the meantime, if you need help with Tcl, just ask on the Network Management forum, and I can help you out.

It's one of my primary focus areas, and I think it's an extremely useful and powerful feature. We're expanding EEM all the time. Currently, we offer a repository of useful Cisco and customer-contributed scripts at http://www.cisco.com/go/ciscobeyond/ . We will be starting a new project soon called EASy to offer well-documented, well-tested EEM packages to solve common use cases.
We also have partners getting into things. Nidus Software has created an EEM IDE called IDEEM which is available from http://www.nidussoft.com.
If you do decide to use EEM, checkout the Network Management NetPro forum for some examples I have provided customers. And if you need help building your scripts, feel free to ask your questions there as well.
