EIGRP Question

When we perform a "sh ip eigrp top", many entries show as external and coming from an originating router (IP address) that is incorrect and no longer exists. The originating IP address used to be an old vlan interface with an "external" subnet that has been cleared and shutdown.

But the command on other routers still shows the originating router IP address as the old, incorrect address.

How would I force EIGRP to change this (preferably without having to reload or stop EIGRP)?

Thank you.

To delete entries from the neighbor table, use the clear ip eigrp neighbors command in EXEC mode.

Router# clear ip eigrp neighbors [ip-address | type number]

Example:

Router# clear ip eigrp neighbors 160.20.8.3

Best Regards
