eigrp routing

hi all

i have a remote site with a primary e1 and backup dsl router, same at the head office, if i try to run a ping to the primary router through the isp core it goes one way, if i try to ping the backup dsl router it goes another way, how come the ping to the backup does not go through the primary at the remote end?

you might want to check the routing tables, post them if you can and indicate the destination networks.
