EIGRP Stub Routing (Named Mode) in Catalyst 3560G (IOS12.2.50SE5 IP Base)
Hello Support Community,
I have a concern regarding EIGRP Stub Configuration on our Catalyst 3560G in IOS 12.2.50SE5 IP Base. IP Base Image is only supporting EIGRP Stub. Problem is that I want to redistribute a static route into EIGRP in named mode with "eigrp stub connected static". From my opinion, before the switch distributes the static route to his EIGRP neighbors I have to redistribute the static route into eigrp under "topology base" with the command redistribute static but there is only the possibility to redistribute another EIGRP AS. Static route on the stub switch is up and running but not redistributed into EIGRP. Is there another possibility to distribute this static route over EIGRP?
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
