On the 1751 router, "sho inventory" will give you an electronic serial number (i.e. FOC...) for the overall device. This number, however, does not match up to a chassis serial number (i.e.JMX...) electronically. For trying to validate remote serial numbers, is there a way through the software to correlate this electronic serial number to the chassis serial number?
