It will apply to all versions of the 3750, as well as the crypto (K9) images.
What this really means is that subsequent releases of IOS for these platforms will not have an advanced ip services version.
From the Document:
"The functionality currently available in the Cisco Catalyst 3750 IOS Advanced IP Services feature set switch is now available in the Cisco IOS IP Base and IP Services feature sets."
In other words, Cisco is removing one feature set and moving the same functionality back into existing feature sets for new releases going forward.
Also, this should not affect your support availability:
"For customers with active and paid service and support contracts, support will be available until the termination date of the contract, even if this date exceeds the Last Date of Support shown "
