HI guys,

can someone please assist me with below error, 

sh interface tenGigabitEthernet 2/1/3 transceiver detail
Diagnostic Monitoring is not implemented.

#sh interface tenGigabitEthernet 1/1/3  transceiver detail
Diagnostic Monitoring is not implemented.

when i check interface details for these 10 gig ports these are in down/down status below are the IOS and SFP details:-

Looks like DOM not supported.

may i know what should be workaround here? do i need to get a new SFP if yes then which one should do here? its 3850 switch need to have 10 gig uplinks.

or it got to do with IOS version?

I believe the model and SFP is supported. Now need to check :

1- IOS is good as you are running the latest one.

2- what is connected at the other end? Can you try doing the loop test between teh ports?
