hello ,
This is just an informational log, telling you that there is a mismatch of Native VLANs between this switch and another one TIB-LB-B11F-G14.... You can change the native VLAN in one of these switches and it will stop this error. Its always advicible to have a single native vlan on ur network... refer to this URL:
