Error connecting to a router 10/100 8-Port VPN Router RV082 to a Forefront Gatteway 2010

I'm new in terms of the Cisco router. I'm having problems connecting to an RV082 router to a TMG (Forefront Gatteway 2010).

The connection should be as follows, the RV082 router for TMG. In plainer terms RV082 (Company / Headquarters) -> Internet -> TMG 2010 (Subsidiary Company)- internal network

Clicking VPN gives the following errors and checking the logs of VPN exist the following errors

What I may be wrong for this connection is not closing '.
