hi i am getting a below error message in a 3560 switch
%DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IP-EIGRP 1: Neighbor 172.31.1.2 (GigabitEthernet0/1) is down: retry limit exceeded
%DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IP-EIGRP 1: Neighbor 172.31.1.2 (GigabitEthernet0/1) is up: new adjacency
%DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IP-EIGRP 1: Neighbor 172.31.1.2 (GigabitEthernet0/1) is down: retry limit exceeded
%DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IP-EIGRP 1: Neighbor 172.31.1.2 (GigabitEthernet0/1) is up: new adjacency
the other end is not learing eigrp routes from this switch..can you let me know what will be the possible issue on this

The error you have is not specific enough to troubleshoot without asking lots of questions. Many of them will come from that guide and if you still have questions please feel free to ask.
