On further investigating in the module 9 which has a DFC card also , we found the source of this error

please help me in understanding this issue , whether it is a source of any upcoming potential impact or can be simply ignored

Sounds like you need to contact TAC.

Could either be an IOS bug or a hardware failure.

My bet is on a hardware failure.

Hi,

This are the to be informational messages with ASICs registers dump. Check the version you are running against the cosmetic DDTS CSCtn59962 - Need to suppress informational firmware registers dump.

It is fixed starting with 12.2(33)SXJ01 and does not have an harmful effect.

Simple  workaround would be changing the logging level to informational (anything other than debugging).

Kind Regards,
Ivan

Ivan:

This is present in 15.0S(1)4a, can you let me know what 15.0S train for 7600 this will be fixed in?

Thanks,
