i just upgrade my office network with 2 new cisco C3560X layer 3 switch yesterday.

this morning, i discover alot of the following error when I do a sh logging

%AAA-3-ACCT_LOW_MEM_UID_FAIL: AAA unable to create UID for incoming calls due to insufficient processor memory

%AAA-3-ACCT_LOW_MEM_UID_FAIL: AAA unable to create UID for incoming calls due to insufficient processor memory

%AAA-3-ACCT_LOW_MEM_UID_FAIL: AAA unable to create UID for incoming calls due to insufficient processor memory.

now I cannot even telnet to the switch, I can only access it through console.

switch model is WS-C23560X-24T-S

IOS version is c3560e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE4.bin

currently, only 1 of the 2 is showing the error?

i only have 2 vlan on both switches.

Hi,

This messages indicates that the AAA accounting process is unable to create a user ID (UID) due to insufficient memory which might be a memory leak due to a software bug, there are a few bugs out there related to issues like this. You may want to open a TAC case for further investigation and find the culprit of the problem.

Hope this helps.
