Hello,
This message usually appears because your NVRAM is corrupted. This could be the result of a hardware failure or software writing it incorrectly.
Can you try the following command:
erase nvram or erase start
Then, reload the device and try again. Let us know how it goes.

Hi,
These error messages usually indicate a hardware failure. To verify, issue the test memory command. This is an example of the command output:
Router#test memory
Test NVRAM card [y/n] ? y
Failed
Issue the write erase command and reload the router. If the issue persists, the hardware will need to be replaced.
