Error opening tftp config

I recently upgraded the IOS on a AS2509-RJ to 12.1(27b). In doing so, I se the config-register to 0x2102. As well, I wiped the config and started from scratch. I am now getting the following messages on the console repeatedly. What is causing this and what can be done to stop it?

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/network-confg (Timed out)

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/cisconet.cfg (Timed out)

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/521-city-con01-confg (Timed out)

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/521-city.cfg (Timed out)

Hi Friend,

The router is attempting to load default named configuration files becuase of the "service config" command you have in the router.

To resolve this issue

1. Go to the global config mode and type "no service config"

2. Copy the running config to the startup config "wr mem"

3. Reload the router.

This will resolve your issue.
