errors on console after updating 3850 to 3.3.0

I just updated my 3850 (2 switch stack) to 3.3.0SE and now when it boots, I see the following erros on the console. Should I be concerned about this? I did not see these before. I'm still testing the switch so it's at my desk and the fans on the switch don't quiet down anymore after the reboot. They stay pretty loud which is unlike other cisco's i've used where they become quiet after the reboot. Again, is there something wrong?

errors on console after updating 3850 to 3.3.0

Hello,

This is a known internal bug that is purely cosmetic.  The bug id is CSCuh82922 however it is still internal. I will work on getting it flipped and posted for external viewing.  Again, its nothing to worry about and will be fixed in the next major release.  Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns, thanks.

Thanks for the info.

Two more questions:

Has Cisco changed the fan behaviour with 3.3? In 3.2.3 the fan would quiet down after the switch finished booting. In 3.3, the fan never quiets down which is why I thought I had a problem (and makes it not very fun when you're working with the switch outside of the server room).

I rolled back the update before I got the answer but never did a software clean so the bin file and pkg files are still on the switch. If I go back kto 3.3, can I roll forward? Do I need to do a clean and then reupload the bin file and start the software install again? Can I just run software install and it will recognize the existing 3.3 pkg files/overwrite them?

Thanks

I noticed the fan issue as well when I went to 3.3.2. I tracked it down to having a redundant power supply that is not plugged in. As soon as I removed or plugged the redundant power supply in the fans went back to normal. Not sure if this is a bug of feature. Cisco will probably say its a feature
