Errors on Switch 3550

Dear All,

Do you think its dead?? I receive these error messages on 3550 switch...its not working at all..

*Mar  1 03:01:39: ***Err: I2C_do_transaction failed i2cRead: slave addr 0x21, ad

dr 0x1 (ret 0x3007).

*Mar  1 03:01:39: %ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_ERR: Controller error, Controller number

1: accessing failed

*Mar  1 03:01:39: ***Err: I2C_do_transaction failed i2cRead: slave addr 0x22, ad

dr 0x1 (ret 0x3006).

*Mar  1 03:01:39: %ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_ERR: Controller error, Controller number

Errors on Switch 3550

Looks like it.  Attach a console cable and reboot the switch.  I want to see the entire bootup sequence.
