Is it possible to do a Etherchannel Between Cisco 4507R Switch and Non Cisco (Juniper) Firewall, as Juniper Firewall has Aggregate Interface Option

Yes its possible. As long as you use the IEEE standard on cisco switch.

Use LACP channeling not PAgP which is Cisco proprietary.
Instead of "channel-group N mode on", use "channel-group N mode active" or channel-group N mode passive".

Hi
Can you please check this config
interface range gigabitethernet 5/6 - 7
channel-group 2 mode active
end
!
interface gigabitethernet 5/6
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport mode trunk
channel-group 2 mode active
!
interface gigabitethernet 5/7
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport mode trunk
channel-group 2 mode active
Is that enough.

That's fine. You should be good to go with this config. Make sure that you configure the juniper firewall ports as the L2 trunks also.
