Etherchannel across two Cisco 3750 in a stack?

Can I setup a server with to load balance across the two switches that are in a stack? I've heard that you would need - multichassie etherchannel and this is only supported on the 6500 series? Thank you.

You can do that but you need to make sure that the IOS supports it. Etherchanneling is supported across multiple 3750 Switches in the same stack.

Hope this helps,

Do you happen to know what IOS I would need? Thank you.

Re: Etherchannel across two Cisco 3750 in a stack?

The feature you are looking for is cross-stack Etherchannel. You will need IOS of 12.2(25)SEC or higher. Below is the link:

Let me know if you need anything else,
