Extra information

Hi All

I am trying to add a module into a switch. Where can I find product specific information.

I know the module and I know the switch I want to add it to but I need to know the other additional accessories I will need for the module to be fuly operational.

Where can I find such information? How will I know what extra accessories i will need e.g. Ram DRAM etc and how much of each.

I have tried the Dynamic configuraion tool but it does not really tell me I will need RAM, SDRAM etc.

goto Cisco Home Page

Click Support link--->Click Select a Product link--->click Switches--->click LAN switches---->select your switch

after last click you should find Data Sheets on right side of the page.

You will find a lot of useful information here.

Go to the CCO Configuration Tool. There you can select product family and it will give you all options and any extras you may need. It does a configuration check to make sure the build is okay.
