Dear Team,
We are facing an issue on cisco 3750 switch fan issue, showing message on GUI that fan is faulty. Please find below CLI output:
3750x#sh env all
FAN 1 is OK
FAN 2 is OK
FAN PS-1 is OK
FAN PS-2 is NOT PRESENT
SYSTEM TEMPERATURE is OK
System Temperature Value: 22 Degree Celsius
System Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 46 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 60 Degree Celsius
SW PID Serial# Status Sys Pwr PoE Pwr Watts
--- ------------------ ---------- --------------- ------- ------- -----
1A C3KX-PWR-350WAC LIT15150G3C OK Good Good 350/0
1B Not Present
My concern is that why one fan is showing as faulty as no message appear on console. Is it required to replace the power supply or install the FAN PS-2????
Regards,
Sanjib

Hi Sanjay,
Am not think so you are install FAN alone in PS-2 , you need to replace powersupply 2 .but am sure fan on ps 2 is faulty .

Hello,
I hope you are doing great. You are looking at the PSU FAN 2 (Power Supply Fan) as per the output provided there is no power supply installed on slot #2 on your device, that is why there are not relevant logs and the device is showing as NOT PRESENT.
