Fan tray 1 in high power mode

I just tried to install one WS-X6708- 10GE with daughter card WS-F6700-DFC3C in a 6509 switch. Now all the 9 slots are occupied. After the installation i am getting the following logs.

Aug 21 10:21:12 DST: %C6KENV-SP-4-FANHPMODE: Fan-tray 1 is operating in high power mode

Aug 21 10:21:21 DST: %OIR-SP-6-REMCARD: Card removed from slot 4, interfaces disabled

Aug 21 10:21:38 DST: %OIR-SP-6-REMCARD: Card removed from slot 4, interfaces disabled

00:00:34: %SYS-DFC4-5-RESTART: System restarted --

when i give show environment the following output getting for the fan tray

fan-tray 1:

fan-tray 1 type: WS-C6509-E-FAN

fan-tray 1 mode: High-power

fan-tray 1 fan-fail: OK

before installing the line card fan-tray 1 mode: was restricted power .

Can anybody tell me the difference between high power mode and restricted mode. Is this an informational message only?? Or do i need to do any thing further to sort this problem. Your early responese will be appreciated.

I suggest you open a TAC case, you may have a faulty hardware there.
