Hi all ,
I had a little strange problerm with my router, iam using 2801 series router with IOS of 12.4(2) Advanced Enterprise IP version.
The Fast Ethernet port is showing output packets and output bytes even when the interface is not connected to any thing in "show interfaces" counter and
status is of line up and protocol down
the keepalives are set .How come these output packets and bytes show up if nothing is connected.
Please provide me the solution
