When I do a search for these features "Firewall Feature Set" & "Firewall Authentication Proxy", I show that there are numerous Sups in the 6500 series which DO support both the features you're interested in.
Most of the images required are ADVANCED ENTERPRISE SERVICES level. So depending on your hardware you may require RAM upgrades to run them.

"Web-Based Proxy Authentication" for users without 802.1x client is only supported on CtaOS at this point of time. We donot siupport that feature in cisco IOS at this point of time. This feature will be available on Cisco IOS shortly.
