What's actually happening to the connection between the switch(3750) and the PC on the end of the connection when the port light is flashing. I've been upgrading 2900s to 3750 stacks and certain connections seem to continue to flash, but I don't see any issues with connectivity to the port.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

This is an indication of link faults. Error frames can affect connectivity, and errors such as excessive collisions, CRC1 errors, and alignment and jabber errors are monitored for a link-fault indication.

Is it random ports?
Shut the interface down, clear counters, and plug back in.
Check the interface and see if it is up/up and check to see if there are errors too.
Could be speed and duplex issue or it could be cable or a host of other issues.
These are the quickest to check.
