forward http traffic to speciffic port

hi I have 1921 router with one leased line connection (for the server hosting the exchange) and one dynamic IP pppoe for internet browsing, I'm trying to forward the all the browsing http traffic to the PPPOE line, but i still have all the traffic is going through the leased line.

I have already configured dialer0 for this line and access permit list

If you want to forward only http traffic via Dialer interface, you may use PBR.
