Forwarding Traffic

Is there any commands to forward the traffic comming from one interface to the other ?

The switch I am using is a Layer-2 4506 device..and I can not enable the routeing...

Thanks in advance.

Re: Forwarding Traffic

You can use SPAN which can send the traffic received on a source port to a destination port. In effect the traffic is mirrored to the destination port. Be aware though that the traffic from the source port still goes to it's original destination as well. This may or may not be what you want.

Re: Forwarding Traffic

If I can not enable the routing what are the other options I have to forward the packets ?

Thanks in advance
