Hi.

I have a router (1841) with 5 class of QoS. I have too a map-class when i configured cir=512000, mincir=512000, bc=5120, be=0 and fragment=640, all my class traffic data, but the Voice class no. But when i configured no cir, mincir=256000, bc=2560, be=0 and fragment=320, all class traffic data and the Voice class too. What's problem? The link of ISP is 512000

You should match the cir/mincir values with that of the Telco switch. For voice traffic, the quality will be better if there is burstiness is kept to a minimum. So we recommend keeping cir == mincir. Also, we recommend keeping the packetisation interval at 10ms. You have accomplished this by setting the bc to cir/100.
