Hi there;
I have a FXS card in a 2811. 'show diag' shows the hardware as being recognised. However, a 'show run, show voice port summary or show version' does not show any reference to the FXS card. Could this be an IOS problem?

I would check to make sure the IOS you have is compatible with the card or just give it an upgrade anyways..
