getting a 4507

we are getting a new 4507 with sup 4 and we have never worked with cat os before. what is a good starting point to study the switch os before it arrives? it would be nice to see sample configs for voice/data vlan, web vlan, qos, routing (no enhanced os)etc.

Cisco's not selling any Cat4500s with CatOS on the SUP.
