Getting my switch to work (SR2016)

I'm having trouble getting my SR2016 switch to work in my LAN - My Mac's are able to connect and get an IP, but my Window's based machines are not able to get an IP. Any help would be appreaciated

If the switch is running spanning tree make sure all user ports have portfast running.
