Gigabit Copper Transceiver error in Cisco 4500x

Hi.. Anybody experience an error in gigabit copper transceiver? We have 2 4500x switch that is configured in VSS. in each switch we have 16ports 1gbe copper module, we want to test HA of the device so we restart 1 4500x switch but when it boots up, there are ports that didn't power up and every time we reboot the same switch, there are random ports that won't power up but when we manually change the transceiver of the other ports, it will power up. there's also no error when we check the logs. Asking for any help. I'm really not sure if its a transceiver problem. thanks

Could you try XE version 3.5.3E and see if there are improvements?

Sounds like a bug.

What IOS version and what kind of transceivers?

Hi Leo thanks for your reply, IOS-XE software version is 03.05.00.E. The transceiver that we used is 1gbe copper SFP transceiver.

Could you try XE version 3.5.3E and see if there are improvements?

Ok. I will try to upgrade the IOS. will get back to you as soon as possible. thanks
