Gigabit NICs

Hi. Recently, we've upgraded to Gigabit switches. Has anyone seen workstation 'slowness' stem from this upgrade and it NOT be a speed/duplex mismatch thing.... perhaps a NIC card incompatibility. We seem to have this mostly with 3560s... Thoughts?

Are you trying to use Jumbo frames? Are all the devices set for the proper MTU?

Have you checked you cabling? Improper or poorly terminated cabling can cause these symptoms (try kicking the Nic down to 10/half ... if throughput gets better, you have crap cables).
