Cisco devices are very fussy about using non cisco gbics. If you are using a non cisco gbic then that is probably the problem . You would have to get a cisco gbic to get around this even though they can be considerably more expensive. If its a cisco gbic get it rma'd from cisco. Try doing a "shut" then no shut and see if it comes active.

i have cisco gbic

and i do shut no shut tell now i have the same error

Get the gbic replaced.

1- i rebleaced the gbic

same error

2- this switch have 4 ports gbic and tray to change from on port is arady runing and but it in this port i have the err disable

There are some old GBICs marked as cisco which do not work with newer IOS. I have had to replace some after migration from 11 to 12 IOS train.

You can try hidden IOS command in order to make them work.

Router(config)#service unsupported-transceiver

ios ver 12.2
