Good Cisco Quality of Service Training?

Can anyone recommend a good training class to learn Quality of Service protocols and implementation? I have a couple projects coming up that will be relying on QoS on the LAN and WAN and I'd like to learn as much as I can before hand.

Although the Enterprise QoS design guide is excellent (as recommended by Collin and Edison), you might find some of the QoS information within the TelePresence design guide a little more current.

PS:

BTW, when exposed to QoS information, such as the above, it's often easy to "lose sight of the forest for the trees". Just as routing can be complex, its purpose is to get a packet from host A to host B, likewise the purpose of QoS is to insure some guarantee of performance (for some packets). If you keep the purpose in mind, I think it makes it easier to see how the details can satisfy the purpose, and it makes it so much easier to understand why a cookbook answer of X% for Y protocol doesn't always work.

The GN class, Advanced Cisco Quality of Service is great if you get instructor Earl Toman. He's the guy that developed the course. The class book is actually the SRND hacked apart. The SRND is an excellent resource.
