Hi.

We have a monitoring tool. We are constantly faced with such an error 3750x switch

"Hardware Sensor Name : Sw1, PS1 Faulty, RPS NotExist. Category : power. Current State : notFunctioning(6) - The sensor is operating under critical or fatal conditions. This may directly affect the functioning of both the sensor and related components."

what is the source of this problem?

 - Could be harmless, if all power supplies are OK. Check using show env all ; possibly upgrade to a gold-starred release, if current version is below such trains. Check if message persist afterwards.

   - Since the RPS (port) is not used; the message is probably bogus
