Help forwarding port 80

So I need to forward TCP 80 to a 10. IP.on one of our switches. I see this switch has one ACL in it. ACL 199. Do I set up the port on that ACL or do I need to set up a outside ACL just for that port and IP?

And do I have to set it up in any other switch on our network our just that one?

What are your  nat outside and nat inside interfaces?

On which interface and in which direction is that ACL applied?

To which IP are forwarding this port?
