Hi Dani.

Hi Dani.

Yeah you can do  with the xmodem option to load the IOS. But it will take more time...

rommon1> xmodem -cfs115200 <IOS Name.bin>

or

rommon1> xmodem -c <IOS Name.bin>

then configure your hyper terminal

xmodem-1.gif

xmodem-2.gif

xmodem-3.gif

once download completes

rommon 9 >dir flash:

it will show the uploaded IOS.

rommon 10 >confreg 0x2102

You must reset or power cycle for new config to take effect.

rommon 11 >reset

do this step. You will get the device booted from uploaded IOS.

You can refer the below URL for any clarification.... everything is defined in the document clearly....

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/routers/2600-series-multiservice-platforms/15085-xmodem-generic.html
