Could you please share your packet tracer file in order to find the root cause? it could be a routing problem.

Hi Julios right if you could share the packet tracer files it would help.

2 things i was thinking about was is there any ACLs I'm the OCC router ? Use the command show IP access lists to check. Also can the server PT ping 172.26.61.9 and does it have a default route.
