Hi everyone I have trouble getting to Rommon mode

I want to upload new ios to sw3750 first I erased it and then tried to upload new Ios but there was problem and I restarted the switch after restarting it didn;t getting to rommon mode but it says

The system is unable to boot automatically. The BOOT

environment variable needs to be set to a bootable

image.
