High CPU on 6509 due to CEF Process

I'm routinely seeing CPU spikes due to CEF process on one of my 6509s. I was wondering if anyone has some more information on the CEF process and what might be causing the issue. The sup is a 720-3BXL with a MSFC3 running Cat IOS

12.2(18)SXF6. I've read through Document ID: 63992 and also searched through the bug database but have come up empty. Any ideas?

Re: High CPU on 6509 due to CEF Process

I've also run a couple of debugs against for CEF events and the CEF table.

It appears to be scanning the entire bgp route table (I'm receiving full routes).
