High Cpu on Cisco 500 switch

We are seeing the cpu on 2 of our C500 switches running at 99% with the following process causing the issue, have anyone seen this before:

Hi David,

++ The "HRPC Qos request" happens every time cli needs to be rewritten due to a QoS  change; CoS value, DSCP value....  IE: when you change the port role from Desktop to Pesktop+Phone this happens.

++ Could you please confirm whether DHCP snooping is enabled on the device? If so then could you please disable it by issuing the command "no ip dhcp snooping" on the switch and then monitor in order to check if it resolves the issue.

++ In the newer IOS versions i believe there is an option to disable dhcp snooping permanently.
