Hi,
There is no other command which tells you which process were taking cpu with more than 5min time range.
I guess you may grab "show cpu process sort" multiple times at a fixed time interval in order to identify the process.
In order to decide the time interval, how many times you grab it, and when you do that,
it is nice to research about which day the spike is more likely seen, what time of the day it is more likely and
any events on connected devices in the network at that time etc.
So you can consider when and how you carry it out.
That may take a time and many works, but the only way to catch the process
per my four years experience in TAC.

Kimihito.

I had the same problem recently on a 3750.
I had PIM running across two load balanced equal cost interfaces to a remote site where the 3750 is.
I turned off PIM on one of the interfaces on the 3750 and the issue went away and hasn't returned.

Joe
