High Packet loss and Response time

Hi,

I am using IT360 professional edition for monitoring our switch performance.

we have 9 cisco 2960 gigabit 48 port switch,out off nine one switch showing some packet loss.

how can  I avoid  this packet loss??Also the switch response time is also very highOpManagerDisplayChart1.png

please help me to solve this issue.Switch CPU and memmory utilisation are low.(below 10%)

Packet loss and/or high latency are usually indicative of congestion.  You might add bandwidth (to avoid the congestion) and/or you might manage the bandwidth (QoS).

As to your switch having low CPU and memory utilization, if traffic is being processed by dedicated hardware (e.g. ASICs) then that's expected.
