Hi there,
I'm kinda new in networking so i have a beginner question. I have a pc conected to a switch and the switch conected to a router in packet tracer. I can't acces the switch or router by click to configure CLI.
My problem is: How can i connect to router to change name, add ip, etc. from pc in packet tracer ?

Hi,
If the router or the switch doesn't have an IP address configured, you can not telnet, SSH, etc... to them.
If there is no IP on them than you need a console cable to login to each device and configure an IP on each.
In order to console, telnet, ssh to the router or switch you need to download a terminal emulator application like putty or Tera Term. These are availavle for downalod for free.

In packet tracer, just double click on the device and click the CLI tab which will take you to the CLI.
