How can I locate which port a device is plugged in to?

I need to find out which port a router with a known IP/mac address is plugged into on a C3560 switch. I've tried show cdp neighbor, but it doesn't respond.

Do a SHOW MAC-ADDRESS-TABLE command and it will list all MAC addresses and there associated ports including a CPU port
