How can We implement STP in Multiple Vendor Switches Environment.

MSTP is an open standard that is widely supported. See the below link for Cisco's blurb on it.

Actually, the basic STP (PVST) of Cisco w/c is default, and for example, Avaya switches (STP) w/c is again default, is usable/open standard,
Anyway, point is, default STP protocols for switches whatever vendor, as far as I know, are industry standards, additionally for the vendors above Rapid-PVST of Cisco of RSTP of Avaya are compatible xD
