How do I edit a CLI view?

Hi,

I have this view:

parser view priv3

secret 5 ******

commands interface include shutdown

commands interface include no shutdown

commands interface include no

commands configure include interface

commands exec include configure terminal

commands exec include configure

commands exec include show ip interface brief

commands exec include show ip interface

commands exec include show ip

commands exec include show configurat parser view priv3
secret 5 $1$A8vX$Qf6F6swH2Yh2ep5tdsnzY1
commands interface include shutdown
commands interface include no shutdown
commands interface include no
commands configure include interface
commands exec include configure terminal
commands exec include configure
commands exec include show ip interface brief
commands exec include show ip interface
commands exec include show ip
commands exec include show configurat

And when I want to edit it I get this?

Test123(config)#parser view prov3

No view Active! Switch to View Context

Test123(config)#

What I want to add is the ability to "shutdown" ports and "no shutdown" ports but the above sones work.

Thanks.  Do youknow how I can create a view so users can shutdown ports on a switch and also run no shutdown?
