I've done this one other flavors of switches. This particular switch is thousands of miles away and tftp just won't cut it. FTP will. In fact, I transferred via FTP to a 3750X switch earler today on that same network.
The 3750G switch errors out every time:
core-1#copy ftp flash:
Address or name of remote host []? 10.70.39.40
Source filename []? c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.150-1.SE1.bin
Destination filename [c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.150-1.SE1.bin]?
Accessing
ftp://10.70.39.40/c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.150-1.SE1.bin
...
%Error opening
ftp://10.70.39.40/c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.150-1.SE1.bin
(Incorrect
Login/Password)
aj-org-sw-core-1#
I'm using 3Cdaemon. I have my username and password configured in it, however when I used it for the 3750X, I was not prompted for a username/pw - it just copied.
On the 3750G, I'm not getting a prompt for entering in my credentials. Just keeps erroring out.
TFTP didn't work either - I just tried.. it times out, just like I would expect it to.

Can you try on the switch before trying to copy -
switch(config)# ip ftp username
switch(config)# ip ftp password
then try the copy.

Thanks! You are the man. Why the 3750X let me is odd... but the G would not. She's copying right now.
Since I'm 2500 miles away, I can't just walk up to it with my USB drive...

Be careful, VERY CAREFUL, when using IOS version 15.0(1)SE1. Monitor the CPU and memory regularly.

Now he tells me...
My reply:
"I was looking for a job when I found this one...."
