how do you improve performance of Cisco HWIC-3G-HSPA

currently i'm using a Cisco HWIC-3G-HSPA card on one of my network Routers however Link is too slow

when i transfer a big file (100MB) across link connection starts timing out 

is there a way i can improve on it's speed

Hey,

There could be many reasons for slow file transfer and you may have to do many tests based on hit and trial method to isolate the real cause. I suggest opening a TAC case.

can you install the same sim card into usb 3G modem in noutbook in the same place with the same username password and access point and check real download speed on speedtest.com ?
