Hi,
Interms of configuring HSRP, there is no difference if you have a VPC running between the switches. Its same as the regular HSRP configuration between 2 individual nexus boxes.
A HSRP config example can be found here
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/nexus-7000-series-switches/113002-nexus-hsrp-00.html
Also you could read details about how HSRP works in VPC under this link.
http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/sw/design/vpc_design/vpc_best_practices_design_guide.pdf
Read through "Best Practices for HSRP/VRRP and vPC" on the above link.
Hope this helps,
Madhu.

HSRP behaves in many ways similar to IOS setup.
However please note that in VPC , both your active and standby HSRP switches will be forwarding the traffic actively.
So this an active/active set up rather than conventional active/standby set up.
Please let us know if you have any questions on this.
Hope this helps,
Madhu.
